He is a seasoned professional with over 14 years of experience, unblemished record and diversified experience in various industries including Accounting & Audit Firms; Financial Institutions; Energy Industry (Oil & Gas); Fintech; Telecom Industry and Non- profit Organizations (CSOs). He is a Certified Public Accountant CPA (T) from the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA) Mr. Minja is hands-on and results oriented with vast audit experience in the local and international arena. He has served in Tanzania, Zambia & Uganda jurisdictions. Mr. Minja is a highly respected, effective individual with a high-distinguished record of ethical leadership. Mr. Minja has brought new energy to the R&S Associates Team and acts as a catalyst to champion sustained firm’s growth and to the clients we are serving.
Mr. Venance A. Kusare is an Audit & Assurance Partner at R&S Associates for over 15 years now. Mr. Venance is an experienced audit personnel, well-versed with IFRSs, IPSASs and ISAs. He has Masters in Computer Science, a CPA (T) and ACPA-PP with National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA). He has huge experience in service of Parastatals, Non-Governmental Organizations, Construction Companies, Health Care, Banking Sector, Insurance, Pension Funds, Transportation & Logistics, Manufacturing, Automation & ICT and Small & Medium Sized Entities.
